Our rice noodles are produced from whole grains not rice flour or broken rice. No additives, simply rice and filtered water. Rice is harvested directly from farmer’s fields and sent to our factory in Northern Thailand adjacent to green rice fields.

Rice noodles, or simply rice
noodle, are noodles made from rice. The principal ingredients are rice flour and water. Sometimes ingredients such as tapioca or corn starch are added to improve the transparency or increase the gelatinous and chewy texture of the
noodles.
